Bio.

I'm a film and documentary producer, story producer, and editor with a love of stories about women, underprivileged communities, travel, and fitness.

I produced a comedy feature film with Oscar winner Mira Sorvino and her father Paul Sorvino, a documentary about the impact of social media, and several sizzle reels that were pitched to E!, BET, A&E, Animal Planet, and History. The sizzle reel Chef for Shore became the successful Netflix show Restaurants on the Edge.

Previously, I worked in popular reality shows like Survivor, Pawn Shop Stars and Nailed it! Mexico!

Before that, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, with a bachelors in Film Production.

Recently, I worked for Mitú Network where I wrote, produced and directed a short form docu-series about the best Latin food trucks in Los Angeles. I also directed branded content for Sephora, Target and Facebook Watch.

In my free time, I'm writing a TV pilot set in Cuba, practicing Ashtanga yoga, and reading as much as I can.

I live in Los Angeles California, with my cat Muffy.

Recently, I translated videos for Facebook's Agency Women's Leadership Day, a virtual conference that brings women leaders in the advertising industry together. I'm a native Spanish speaker and translating is a passion of mine, specifically videos and advertising material. It is important for the world to be connected, countries to learn new practices from each other and share new ways of doing business. I love being a part of that.

In my free time, I'm finishing a novel set in Cuba, practicing Ashtanga yoga, and reading as much as I can.

Projects I'm goal-oriented to create.

1- A TV show about twin sisters. One is stuck in a Cuban prison. The other is trying to get her sister out with the help of an Israeli intelligence soldier. (loosely based on the Alan Gross story) Inspired by the series Tehran (Apple TV)

2- A feature film about two people meeting at the beginning of quarantine 2020. It explores themes about gun control and having children in a household with guns. Mostly filmed in one house.

3- In 2017, I traveled to Cuba and opened a channel of communication with the government to shoot a documentary. The idea was born in a movie theater. I went to see the movie Hidden Figures, and met an elementary school teacher who brough all her kids from her class to watch it. I wondered what it would be like to do the same in Cuba. Get a group of women and girls together to watch this powerful film and interlace the experience with stories of their lives.
After president Trump took office relations with Cuba were severed again, and I was unable to finish the documentary. I'm hoping to come back and finish it, now that the political climate is changing in both countries.

My passion projects.

I wrote a novel tittled "New Coconuts", currently searching for an agent.

It tells the story of Altieri, a young Cuban girl going against the currupt government to get her travel documents and leave the country.
